What's in the basic package and what's the add-on?
The basic package starts the webshop: image, up to 100 products, categories, bank transfer and cash on delivery, home delivery and personal collection, order management and SEO basics. Card payment, parcel terminal, invoicing, legal pages, import and AI solutions are extensions.
Do I need a GTC for my webshop?
Yes, a webshop can only be launched with a GTC and a data protection notice. If you already have such documents, we will incorporate them. If you don't have them, we will help you create them with the legal pages extension.
What if I have more than 100 products?
We upload up to 100 products in the basic package. For more products or supplier feeds, we recommend the automatic product import plugin.
Who fills the products?
We, from the given product table and photos. You can also simply add new products later in the admin, we will show this upon delivery.
What payment methods are available in the fund?
Bank transfer and cash on delivery. For online card payments, we connect the Barion or SimplePay extension; for this, you need your own account with the service provider.
Can I expand later?
Yes. Extensions can be added at launch and later, without having to rebuild the webshop.
Can I keep my current website address?
Yes. If you already have a web address, your new webshop will start there. If you don't have one, we'll help you choose and register one.
How much does it cost and when will it be ready?
We will provide you with a written quote based on the basic package and the selected extensions. This will include the exact content, price, any regular fees, and the agreed deadline.
